Program description

Unified Security Group's dispatch messaging program sends operational text messages to our employed security officers and contracted clients: shift confirmations and reminders, dispatch instructions, welfare checks, and two-way customer-service conversations.

Consent

Employees consent to operational SMS in their signed onboarding paperwork. Clients consent in their signed security services agreement. Consent is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any service.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies with operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Reply START or YES to re-subscribe.
