Unified Security Group ("USG", "we") is a licensed private security services company. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected from our employees, clients, and business contacts in the course of providing security services.

We collect contact details (name, phone number, email), employment records for our staff, and service records for our clients. This information is provided directly to us through employment onboarding or signed service agreements.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, we send operational text messages from our dispatch center — such as shift confirmations, dispatch instructions, welfare checks, and customer-service replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How we use information

We use personal information solely to operate our security services: scheduling and dispatching officers, communicating with clients, payroll and compliance, and quality assurance (including call recording where permitted by law, with notice).

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., telecommunications carriers) or when required by law.
